Jordan Etienne, MFT
Jordan Etienne serves as Co-Executive Director and Clinical Youth Worker at Better Youth Family Support. As Co-Founder he is responsible for the organization's strategic planning and vision casting of building stronger communities. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Johnson and Wales University.
A Massachusetts native with almost a decade of experience in Human Services, he is passionate about working with at-risk youths and has participated in multiple youth diversion programs across his home state. Jordan believes that the experience that youth and families receive from Better Youth Family support can impact them for a lifetime
Leslie Awuku, M.Fin
Leslie Awuku serves as Co-Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for Better Youth Family Support. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a Master’s in Finance, with experience in serving nonprofit operations, he oversees financial and operational management of BYFS. Serving youth is his passion and the ability to give back and or improve the communities around him drives work in BYFS.
